THE STORE MANAGER POSITION
Managers oversee their store’s operations and are responsible for financial results. Managers at Braganza Tea make sure all operations adhere to the guidelines set forth by Braganza policy and philosophy. They perform a variety of job duties such as: communicating with their district manager, banking, scheduling, hiring, making bubble tea, cleaning, and assisting customers. Managers are responsible for the quality of customer service and beverages in their stores. Their duty is to ensure every customer leaves their store satisfied and ready to return. Managers also coach and train in-store members as they work side by side.

STORE MANGER COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
• $32,000 to $40,000 per year, starting minimum compensation; depends on experience.
• Up to $20,000 additional annual compensation after first year: After a year, managers qualify for additional bonuses.
• Hourly Position, not Salary: most management positions are salary and expected to work 50+ hours a week. Our management is paid overtime when hours go over 40 per week.
• Paid Vacation: 1 week paid vacation during first year. 2 weeks paid vacation after the first year.
• Medical Insurance: Company pays $200 per month towards medical insurance.
• Dental Insurance: No cost preventive appointments. $2,000 worth of services per year.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS FOR BECOMING A STORE MANAGER AT BRAGANZA TEA
• Must love bubble tea
• 4 years store management experience or • An associate’s degree + 2 years store management experience or
• A bachelors degree + some management experience • Some food service experience strongly preferred
• Must be available to work most Fridays and Saturdays
